I had an appointment today for a relaxing facial at 2:45. Arrived at 2:45....went right back. The facial started about 2:50 since I had to get ready. The actual service was "okay". The massage part was terrible. The technician was nice but she ended the session at 3:20.....so I ended up with a 30 minute facial that was supposed to be an hour (50 minutes). When I asked the front desk about the time of the facial I was told different people "need" different levels of work. I wasn't there for work....it was supposed to be a relaxing facial. That was $85 DOLLARS! This is actually my second bad experience here and I probably should have learned the first time but I was hopeful this one would be different. I've had many facials before and this wouldn't be my first place to go. They didn't bolster your legs up so I had to lay flat the entire time which was not comfortable. I also get steam to my face with facials but they didn't provide any. I also feel like the facial wasn't catered to my needs. They also with facials usually massage your neck, shoulders, and arms and you get to be under a heated blanket. It was very cold in the room. I had someone else with me and they felt the same with their facial. Overall I would not go back for a facial when there are better places. This place could use some improvement with their facials. read more

First time here and first time trying a Brazilian Sugaring. Shelia was the best, go check her out. She was awesome at explaining the process, the different possible outcomes due to my skin and hair type. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. She's patient, knowledgeable and very professional overall. I'm very happy and definitely will be returning. The vibe of the place is very relaxing and clean. Staff is very welcoming. It's located on the lower level which I feel makes it nice and cozy. Will definitely check out their other services in the near future. read more

Great Customer service! The booking was easy for a full day with my friend visiting from out of town. The front desk lady was extremely accommodating. There was a room available for to in rest between services, also lockers were available. They even offered lunch to be served between services, for a small extra price $10. I received a gift card from my son and due to COVID restrications/inconcenience, was unable to use it for over two years. Then, when I went to the Sunday's Day Spa and Salon to use the gift I was given, I was told by the manager, who was extremely rude, that they would not honor it because it was a few years old nor would they give a refund. I brought my daughter here for her 11th birthday and I must say that my expectations were exceeded. The staff went above and beyond to make sure she received a real and complete spa experience. I am forever grateful to them for making her birthday rememberable and special. Her services included a facial, mani and pedi which were supposed to be sort of scaled down for a child but they gave her the works. To top it all of this spa is very clean, comfortable and organized....An excellent overall experience. I typically don't write reviews but I always read them. I did a couples' massage recently and it was a great experience. My masseuse told me upfront that she had a heavy hand- I've gotten deep tissue massages before so I wasn't concerned by this... but she was NOT kidding. She was tough haha! My boyfriend and I should probably have switched masseuses. The only oddities were that the website said we would receive comfy robes and slippers (as I have at other spas I've been to) and we didn't, so that was slightly disappointing, as that's a fun part of a spa day. Other day spas I've been to have saunas and pools and hot tubs for the use of guests, but this one didn't have anywhere for patrons to hang out before or after, which I found odd. Still, the massages were great and I would recommend for a massage, but not exactly what I expected from a day spa. read more

Was hoping for an enjoyable/relaxing/pain relieving experience. Unfortunately that was not the case, at all. No relaxation room before your massage, no welcome beverage, no spa robes, or true spa welcome atmosphere. Massage therapist was nice, but way too much oil was used, I literally had to wipe myself down before I left. And the massage was no massage at all!!! Lastly, the group in the treatment room next to me was talking the entire time during my massage!!! I made a comment to the therapist asking if there was a break room next-door, that's how vocal they were. You could hear their whole conversation!!! I was not able to enjoy, or relax AT ALL and left more stressed than when I entered. Unfortunately I will not be back!! read more

The massage I received was just bliss. The therapist made sure I was extremely comfortable and very aware of what to expect during the massage. I would highly recommend them for a relaxing massage. The pedicure I received left a bit to be desired. First, it's listed in their brochure as a 75 minute pedicure. I was in and out of the building in less than 75 minutes. So, that was disheartening. The massage portion of the pedicure just wasn't up to par with what I am used to when I purchase a standard pedicure at my regular roadside nail salon. So, that was disappointing. The pedicure I received did include a sugar scrub and a mask, but I still don't feel that the price matched the performance. The one thing that was superb about the pedicure is that it was the cleanest salon I've been too. They used fresh tools and a fresh callous remover. While that's great, I feel that's something any salon COULD do if they had the knowledge to do so. The pedicurist that serviced me was extremely polite, engaging, and welcoming. I definitely enjoyed my time with her. read more

I had microdermabrasion with Twiggy last week and it was amazing! From the moment you walk in the spa, you are greeted by the front desk staff and immersed in comfort. This place has incredible ambiance. Twiggy is so sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, discussed different peels, and made great recommendations to include in my current skin care regimen, giving me samples to take home! She even fanned me during the glycolic treatment so I wasn't uncomfortable. She made sure every bit of my experience was as delightful as possible. I can't wait to go back to her next week! Wow wow wow. This place is a hidden gem. I tried their delightful indulgence package ($200). It included manicure, pedicure, Swedish massage, and facial. It was worth every penny. The team is professional. It is a great idea for anyone who loves to be pampered. I added lunch into my package for $10 more and enjoyed it in my own private room in a fluffy robe and slippers. I moved to Columbus recently and didn't know where to go for spa services. I was really looking forward to going to Sunday's Ultimate Day Spa b/c I have heard they are great for massages and waxing. I booked a deep pore facial which is a one hour service and was really let down. Although I arrived before my appointment time, the esthetician Twiggy was late b/c she was eating buffalo wings (announced it to the desk clerk in the lobby before I knew she was my esthetician). My appointment started late and finished early before the one hour mark. She left the room while doing my facial twice for 10+ minutes each time and just left me laying in the room. I have never had a facial where the esthetician leaves the room multiple times for long periods of time. When checking out the desk clerk asked me how my service was and I told her the concerns I had and she just said, "Your total is $80." Seemed pointless for her to ask if she didn't care. When I got into my car to leave Twiggy was in the parking lot leaving too, maybe my facial was cut short b/c she had somewhere to go, unacceptable. I will never get a facial done at Sunday's again and definitely don't recommend a facial that lasts 30 minutes but you get charged for a one hour service. read more

I went to get my roots touched up, and a trim. My highlights are very chunky and orange. I look like a cheetah. If that isn't bad enough, I asked for a trim and to have my layers trimmed up a bit. I expressed my fear of having too much taken off the bottom. Needless to say, I received a cut with multiple inches off the bottom and choppy, uneven layers. The combination of the highlights and cut really just have me close to tears. I'm not sure anything could fix what has been done to my hair. I have $60 left of my gift card and I'm honestly contemplating throwing it away. read more

Worst experience ever! My husband was about to come back from deployment so I wanted to fix some things on me. Went there for nails, eyebrow waxing, eyebrow tinting and eyelash tinting. She waxed almost every hair of my eyebrows and couldn't fix it of course. If that wasn't enough, she got the tint in my eyes! At least 5 times! I was tearing up, my eyes were so so red. The girl that made my nails kept sneezing and wiping off her buggers with her sweater. My gel nails broke two days after the visit. I was looking forward to relax and get pretty before my husband comes back but that spa destroyed my feelings and my appearance! read more

somebody recommended me this place for waxing, since I am new in town don't know much about beauty places, at first I though that the prices were high but I wanted to try it anyway. My experience once I was there wasn't the best, the lady was rushed she did my Brazilian wax and eyebrows, when my wax was done I never had the chance to check what she did to my eyebrows or never asked me if they were ok, she finished, she walked out of the room then I saw my eyebrows and they were not exactly what I wanted, had to go out and look for her to fix them, after words I wasn't happy. Also the wax is not the best, my skin was very irritated, red and sore, I've been doing my wax for Years with better wax and better staff and for much cheaper. The facility was clean and staff were fairly nice however that's where the positive stops. First of all when they say that gift cards expire in a year they mean it. My husband gave me a gift card over a year ago, that's the only reason I chose Sunday's, and when I went to use it they would not accept it. I had called ahead to ask if it was still good but the first time I was put on hold for over five minutes and the next time I was told they could not check the status of the card over the phone. Next, my hour facial was less than 45 minutes long. Also the neck, shoulder and scalp massage that was advertised along with the facial didn't happen. When I went to check out and leave a tip on my debit card I was told I would have to use the ATM or write a check. Seriously?! It's 2014, why do I not have the option to add a tip on my card. Overall this experience was terrible. I will not go back and will tell all of my friends about this experience. Just don't go. read more

I have gone to Sunday's on multiple occasions to get my eye brows waxed and once to get an express mani pedi. Usually I am brought back to a nice room to have my eyebrows done and have a great experience. I love heather! The express mani and pedi was nothing special and wasn't something I was considering doing again but I did have a gift card for my last visit so never the less I decided I would treat myself and use up my Sunday's gift card on a mini spa day (birthday revamp) including a spray tan, spa mani and pedi, and getting my eyebrows waxed. I was sure to pay extra for the SPA manicure and pedicure hoping it would be a better experience... To say the least I would have appreciated if the technician were a little bit kinder or at least didn't seem like they were being forced to be there. This mentality was similar to my first experience. The only dog fence in the spa mani and pedi was some lotion with a very brief awkward massage. Could have done without it. My nails did turn out great. My day then continued to a very kind technician leading me to a room in the salon where they must wash hair. She had me sit in a shampoo chair while she waxed my eye brows. Not that getting waxed is the most relaxing thing but it is nice to go back into the spa and not feel like some after thought sitting on some make shift waxing station. I then followed this technician to the men's bathroom for my spray tan. Men's room would not have been a huge issue if it hadn't been necessary to check for any guests prior to entering. She left so I could undress. After undressed waiting was very uncomfortable since I was given no towel for some modesty and it was very cold in the men's bathroom. The technician returned in a jacket just to help you get an idea of the temperature of the men's bathroom and how naked I felt. The spray tan was great and the technician was very kind are some positives. my overall experience was very uncomfortable and far from the relaxing/spa birthday gift that I had hoped for. read more
