She even saved a lock of hair for me even before I asked! $12 for a kids haircut was very reasonable. I think we were in & out in 20 minutes. The salon itself is teeny tiny. It is located at 305 N College Ave, next door to (same building as) Mt Hood Pizza & Grill. Elisha just moved into this salon and is still working on updating addresses in Google etc. The salon is really the perfect size as Elisha operates by herself, so there's no need for more than 1 or 2 customers at a time. Tip: Elisha does not take credit cards, but she takes cash and Venmo. Plan accordingly Would definitely return for more kids cuts in the future!
