We did make an appointment and I am glad we did! This place was popular!! E were greeted and seated right away. Everyone was SO sweet!! They did a great job and accommodated our design choices. Well... i didn't think spending a 2 hours in a nail salon for absolutely horrible nails was a good time! The staff was okay. Kept trying to get me to get shorter nails when I wanted long nails! Other people got dryers when I had a FAN... nails were so uneven. Stuff left all over my fingers. Very horrible experience... I would rather spend more money for better quality... read more

Made an appointment with my mom walked in and waited 10 mins and then the manager came in to let us know that we weren't going to be able to get or nails done. Annoying to make an appointment and not be seen. Didn't get offered any compensation at all. Frustrating to drive all the way there and not be able to be seen. I did not like my acrylic nails I got done. There's gaps between my real nail and tips they put on so stuff gets stuck between them. One of my nails broke off at the tip because it wasn't applied well. It was too expensive for the quality. read more

When I walked in I was greeted immediately. I needed a fill and he said it would be about 5 or 10 minutes. I asked for gel polish and I was handed a huge basket of samples to choose from. I have no idea why this place got bad reviews. It was clean and comfortable. My nail tech was gentle, checked with me several times (I have been other places that do not do this or ignore your dissatisfaction) to make sure my nails were how I wanted them. Another salon had not done a good job and he corrected what he could by shaping and filing. My nails look 100 times better. Another tech did my polish she showed me two different types of glitter and took the time to make sure I liked my color choice. I would definitely come back if I lived in town. My only complaint is that they did not tell me they only accept cash or check before doing my nails nor was there any signage stating this. I should have asked and not assumed. I would not recommend going here for a manicure. It's expensive, awkward, and they just don't do a great job. My friend and I walked in and they asked us what we wanted then talked amongst themselves in their language for an awkward amount of time before telling us to come back in 30 minutes. We were fine with coming back but when we did, it still took me about 15 minutes before my pedicure even started because the woman was eating in another room. My poor friend was done with her pedicure and gel manicure before I had even finished my pedicure. My pedicure was decent but my acrylic nails..not so much. The same man who did my pedicure (an older man, I was told he's the father and it's just him, the wife and their son) did not do a good job. Honestly, the worst I've ever had. The sides still had decent size gaps, the nail lengths weren't even or shaped the same, there was chunks of acrylic under my nails and my pinky nail had SO much acrylic stuff that it had quite the hump. I don't know how the other workers do, but my experience was so bad that I'll have to be pretty desperate to find out. Also, they are cash only and they don't mention that until after.
