The supervisor inspected each installed window with me to make sure I was satisfied. When I asked about the caulking on one of the windows, the supervisor brought over the installer to redo it and then got the installer to check all the other windows to ensure they were OK by the time I inspected the windows with the supervisor. My front gate door wouldn't close properly. The handle was too tight to open easily and wouldn't latch smoothly. My back gate door handle and lock were loose and needed replacing.
