First my person more rubbed my feet and legs than actually massage (I was really looking forward to a good foot massage after a long work week). Second when getting my back rub she talked the entire time to other co-workers and walked away 5 different times. How is anyone supposed to relax with talking. Bad enough customers coming into the place talked loud (understandably not too much the front desk staff can do) but the staff talking is ridiculous. I go to another place and have had several reflexology sessions and this was by far the worst experience. I was asked at the front how my experience was and I was honest and told the lady working and her reply was "maybe t time try a different therapist and get a Swedish massage in the room, it's much quieter". No apology about the workers talking but did say she can't do anything about the customers. I get the customers coming in and talking and honestly it was only a few and very quick. But to have full conversations when the therapist is with a client is rude and being told to have a full body massage is not the answer. I do not recommend this place and will not be going back.

It was incredible, she went straight to work on my tight shoulder without any word from me. Could she tell by looking at me or my posture, I don't know. I realized I was long overdue and the massage felt so effective I was able to extend to 2 hours. The business name is spot on - you really are in good hands here. Amanda is so good at what she does I was blown away. Some of it was very painful but she would often check in with me and ask if it was too much, and I think that is to be expected if you want results and you've got a lot of muscle tightness like myself. The other foot, my driving foot, was left hanging. the whole time I couldn't relax because during it, he was constantly trying to convince me to get the 50 minute massage, and it felt VERY coercive because of the egregious time spent massaging my freaking arms and even hands instead of what I asked for, the FEET. This place is a complete scam. You won't get a foot massage if you choose the 30 minute option. You will get a poorly executed hand massage at best. I should have gotten the service free because never in my life have I received such horrible service at a massage venue, and I have been to many, in multiple states and countries. 0/10. At the beginning of the appointment, I explained that I had been doing a lot of walking recently and asked if she could please focus more attention on my feet. My feet were left until the very end of the massage, and she spent approximately two minutes on each foot. More concerning was the amount of pressure being used. I repeatedly asked Jessica to use softer, gentler pressure because I bruise easily. Lucy and Leena had always understood and respected this. Instead, Jessica responded that "harder is better pressure" and continued using hard pressure despite my requests. I am extremely disappointed that the establishment recommended Jessica after I specifically asked for someone who could provide medium-to-gentle pressure. I would have much rather been told that no one available that evening could accommodate my preference. Instead, I left feeling as though getting me in for an appointment was more important than listening to what I was actually requesting as a longtime customer. If Samantha had been there, I would have felt comfortable speaking with her directly about my experience. Unfortunately, after being a loyal customer for more than three years, this experience has made me decide to look for another massage establishment. I also chose not to leave a tip because I was unhappy with the service. As I was getting ready to walk out the door, the woman at the register asked me, "You do not want to give her a little something tip?" I responded no. After an already disappointing experience, being questioned about not leaving a tip made the situation even more uncomfortable. It is genuinely disappointing to write this review because this was once a place I recommended so highly and visited regularly. I wish my concerns and requests had been listened to and respected.
