I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism at Boot Barn…read more I went in to return a pair of jeans, and what should have been a simple interaction turned into a nightmare. The assistant managers on duty were completely rude, dismissive, and argumentative. They refused to give a manager's name or contact info, refused to confirm hours, and talked back every step of the way. At one point, I was literally told to just go to another store. It's shocking that people like this are allowed in customer-facing roles. They clearly need serious training in basic professionalism -- or maybe they should just be moved to the back office until they learn how to treat paying customers. This location has a pattern of terrible service, and after this experience, I would never return.

It's nice to have a little clothing store in Delano. They carry clothing for men and women. No kids…read moresizes. They also have accessories, a small assortment of perfumes and shoes. I can usually found a cute top or dress here with no problem. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is always some sort of sale or clearance rack going on. The store is clean and organized. It's a good little shop here in Delano.
