They had last min availability, so we booked for a 90 min couple massage with Frame and Rachel I believe. The location was easy to find and we got parking right in front. The customer service was great and the place is beautifully decorated. We filled out the form and were taken to the room to get ready for our massages. I opted not to let them step on my back, however my husband did and did cupping as well. Out of all the massages we gotten in the U.S. and out of the country, this was the best we have ever had! We both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It was exactly what we needed after our long drive. Will definitely come here as often as we can. Then one day I was in Magnolia (I live in Tomball) working and I had a nagging headache and I needed help. I did a search on google maps and it listed Jaidee or Jade Siam massage. It was close and they could take me right away. Often my Headaches turn into migraines so getting help timely is key. When I arrived I told them my issue and they went right to work. They understood how my strained muscles were creating the headache. 45 minutes later I walked out a new man, headache gone feeling much better. Since, I am there once or twice a month. I like deep tissue massages and it's seldom I find a massage therapist that can give me enough pressure. When I got the confirmation text it said 12:30. We were able to get an appointment at 3. They didn't get us in and on the table until 3:15. When the massage therapists came in they were completely rushed throughout the whole massage for us both. They also kept stopping and going to the corner and whisper.. it was completely uncomfortable. We were also done about 4:05, so less than the hour booked. Ive had many massages and never have I ever felt so rushed through the process that was supposed to help you relax. I don't recommend this place to anyone, or ever go back. What a shame!
