Joy assured me she was taking care of the issue. After a year of waiting and hearing that it was being taken care of, I did my 2020 taxes with her too... I never heard back from her regarding my 2019 issue. I finally did some research to figure out how to take care of the situation because she was clearly not going to help me at all! Fast forward to today 2022... I go to file my 2021 taxes online. The website said I needed an IRS PIN number for my tax identity theft. I go to the IRS website to create an account and receive my PIN and it showed I never filed my 2020 taxes... which I did with Joy, I have all the copies and everything. She just never actually finished filing them like she was supposed to. Stay far far away from this place! She just made my nightmare worse!
