The men who worked on the house were wonderful, kind, and cleaned up well after each day. I can already tell that this winter is going to be much better and more cozy with the new windows. :) Pella also replaced the trim and it is beautiful work. I'm very pleased and impressed. They did make a mistake when ordering the kitchen window - somehow the wrong size got ordered and delivered. But mistakes happen to everybody and it was handled professionally.
