The man was pretty nice and professional. It literally took him for about 15, 20 minutes to check if there is anything wrong with each glasses. At first, he kept refusing to let me return one of glasses I bought due to the damages (one side higher than another side). He even told me to go to different stores asking for return on that one. But somehow he did let me return both of them at the end. I signed in an waited to be seen. I thought I would have to fill out much paperwork since this was my first time. NOPE. Because my primary care doctor is in the same building and they use the same system it was already in the system. I was thrilled. I just had to pay my copay. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. That was a plus also. I was there for a little more than an hour. Only because the test that I have done on my eyes takes some time. I was still in and out in a good amount of time. Dr. Scholz was a very nice man. He made sure that you understood exactly what he was doing and was willing to answer any question that you may have. I am extremely pleased that I changed to this office. I wish I had done it before now. It's in a great location with easy parking access.

Because of my sensitive eyes, I opt for the retina photograph instead of getting my eyes dilated - just let the front desk know upon check-in and the tech that takes you back. It's an out-of-pocket cost, but worth it. The techs take you to a different room to have your eye pressure checked and retina photos. Once in the exam room, it's usually a quick (& thorough) visit with the optometrist. I see Dr. Baziz - he's always patient and ensures I have a good understanding of what he sees/looks for. The front desk, techs and Dr. Baziz are all kind and knowledgeable individuals which is why I can't recommend them enough to my family/friends in the area. Though I've moved away from the area, I am happy to make the commute to this practice because I am confident that I am always taken care.

The front desk receptionist was friendly and got us checked in. She was very friendly. We only had to wait a few minutes until my dad was called back. The procedure he needed was a part of an ongoing monthly treatment plan. Everyone was friendly and made us feel comfortable. My dad enjoys coming here and if he is happy I am happy. I am confident in the doctors and staff here. Waiting area and all of the exam rooms we went into were clean. I used the restroom and it was clean as well. Definitely looks like they make sure the office is always clean and orderly.
