Yesterday was Sant Jordi in Barcelona, a happy yet busy day. The Gucci store was busy, yet I was attended to in an excellent way. I want to mention the young woman Gabriella who has assisted me several times now. I value her as I recognize the effort she puts into the client. She really connects to and cares for the client. She is poised and patient. There is no pushiness but a gentle kindness which creates room to explore the beautiful items. I came across this cure optometrist while taking a random laneway and popped in to see if they could be fixed. As I tried to explain in English what had happened, the gentleman gestured that he would fix them and went out back for a few minutes. I found the service to be amazing actually! I loved it even more than I did at the flagship Chanel in Paris (Rue Cambon).
