The first time, the prescription was clearly wrong. When I came back to get it fixed, instead of resolving the issue smoothly, I was told their machine was broken, causing even more delays and excuses. At that point, I had already wasted multiple trips, time off my schedule, and plenty of patience. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no real effort to make things right. When you're paying good money for prescription glasses, basic accuracy and quality control should be the bare minimum--and they couldn't even manage that. I would not recommend Eyeglass World to anyone who values their time, money, or vision.

In fact, they assured me they'd stay as long as I needed them to stay.
