Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.
- Left my sunglasses in for repair and was quoted a 2-week turnaround. I paid for the repair in full online immediately.
- After two weeks, I received no update and had to chase the company myself. Responses were slow, often taking days.
- I was sent a photo of someone else's glasses and told they were mine.
- After correcting them, I was told my sunglasses would be ready the following day. I travelled to the store, waited over 20 minutes, only to be told they couldn't find my glasses and couldn't contact the manager.
- After more chasing, the manager finally admitted that my sunglasses had been lost. By this point, they had been in the company's possession for 6 weeks.
- When they were eventually found, I discovered they hadn't even been repaired, and the replacement parts I had paid for had never been ordered.
- The repair was completed within a week once the parts were finally ordered, proving the previous delays were entirely due to poor organisation.
- I was promised a discount/partial refund as an apology but, unsurprisingly, never heard another word.
- I was also told the replacement parts would be gold, but silver parts were fitted instead.
This experience was defined by poor communication, disorganisation, broken promises and a complete lack of accountability. Having to repeatedly chase updates, being told my glasses were ready when they weren't, discovering they had been lost, and then finding out no repair had even been started after six weeks is simply unacceptable.
I will never use this company again and have already advised my family and friends to use alternative sunglasses repair services. read more
