The irrigation system was installed by an outsourced company and they did a decent job. However, Global Lawn Care told me I needed to pay $3000 for the sod. They came to measure not once, but twice. I allowed them to do the job and it was absolutely terrible. Half of the grass they use was already dead and the work was very patchy. The front of my house, which is the first thing people see is still bald in many spots. They left a pile of rocks sitting on the walkway...DANGEROUS!!! Although the staff are friendly, the work is very poor. I am not only in the process of looking for a new lawn care company, I'm considering seeking litigation for this gross wrongdoing. They also said they would install the sprinkler covers however they only put in a few and the rest are still sitting in the bag. BEWARE!!!

We were referred to past customers who allowed us to view the work that had been done on their pool decks. It was very helpful to be able to see this finished job rather than just samples in the shop. From the minute the guys arrived it was apparent that we had made the correct choice. The work was done in a progressive manner with each part of the process completed before the next was begun. Each was done to perfection. with every detail attended to. The coloring of the 'tile' pattern was hand applied to each location on the surface, again, entirely done by hand. Colors were blended to create a natural stone like appearance. Finally, a sealer was applied to preserve the artwork that was our finished pool deck. The new deck is stunning and far exceeds any thoughts I might have had prior to the job being done. The work was done in a professional manner by two highly skilled artists. The quality of the work was exquisite from start to finish. They even cleaned and vacuumed the pool when they were finished. ProTile is a first class operation with highly skilled employees. They were great to have on the premises and provided us with an education in the process. In terms of cost, I was very pleased. He was willing to come. He came with his wife on the following Sunday as it was Father's Day 15th June. On June 17th I got an email stating that the cost would be $1000. I told home that was way to much and asked if he could do just the worst area. They refigured the estimate and it was $385. I agreed to pay that amount. On June 26 I paid him half of what the amount of $192.50. I trusted him as he was a veteran, as I am a veteran as well as a wife to a deceased veteran. Thought that he was trust worthy. I received an email stating he was coming to my residence on the 30th of June and this was the 29th of June. I told him I wasn't going to be here as I have an appointment. I also gave him the days that I will not be home 9th, 15th, 16th July. I get a text message that he came to my residence on the 25 to do the work but I never got a email confirming he was coming. The wife never told him or I. So now that he knows the days I won't be home. I waited till the 22 of July to call him to find out if I was put on the schedule at some time. I was informed that he was going out of town that day for a job and wouldn't be back till late Saturday. I said ok. Can we schedule it for next week which was set for 9 on Tuesday the 29th of July. Well the 29th came and went and this is Wednesday the 30th of July. NO CALL, NO EMAIL, NO TEXT NOTHING. He took my money as far as I'm concerned he stole from a senior citizen ME.
