I had also mentioned I was having some signs of ADHD and wanted to get tested and she immediately prescribed me adderall. She said it wasn't the same thing and wouldn't even tell me the name of it but the pharmacist immediately said "you're talking about your adderall?" So yeah i dont know I had to flush the pills because I couldn't even take them and they didn't help. My experience was honestly awful but hey if you want some easy prescription drugs look no further LOL.

Our interaction with Amy Dushinski, the nurse practitioner and their highest-level provider, was deeply unsettling. It appeared her eyes were dilated, and she seemed paranoid, agitated, and defensive--behavior that made us question whether she was in the right frame of mind to help others. Amy couldn't explain why I was being denied services. She denied that they offer LGBTQ care, even though it is explicitly stated in their brochure. I apologized to my partner for taking off work and wasting their time, because we have to take off a lot of days off for doctors appointments due to disability. Amy became hostile, inserting herself into our conversation. She even threatened to withhold my medication if I kept advocating for myself. When I asked Amy for her business card, she got really aggravated and upset. I wanted to file a complaint against her. When I called a week later to file a complaint, the receptionist shockingly redirected me to Amy, who immediately hung up on me. This clinic is neither LGBTQ-friendly nor professional. Their highest-level provider is a nurse practitioner (Amy), not a psychiatrist or psychologist. Doctors with advanced degrees have far more education, training, and expertise to address mental health needs. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Took over 30 minutes to schedule my intake appointment, where the representative who helped me tried to schedule me with a counselor who specializes in menopausal women. I'm in my 20's. That makes no sense. I was also told that they had appointments after 5 PM available, which was very important to me. I was told this when I scheduled this intake appointment. After my intake appointment, the social worker who did this visit told me that they don't do appointments after 5 PM. If I would've known that, they don't do appointments after 5 PM, I would've never scheduled the intake and wasted my time and my money.

Basing it off false information. I had to eventually file three complaints against the insurance company to get them to get this approved talked to their doctor and now since ive been doing treatment and im finally on the right appropriate dose for the other things I've been dealing with I just feel like it's much better end enjoyable in life than it used to be. I am just really glad Zeke helped advocate for me and of course I had to push it up further to get things done because they clearly (UHC) was not reading my documents. It's nice to have a doctor and office that has really helped me through this process and to be able to have a doctor that listens as well. The prior one who i used to go to would just never give it enough time for things to work and I am very sensitive to medicines and im very self aware of what I need due to not being my first rodeo and not blindly trusting as that lead to me being sicker and hospitalized. So far not been hospitalized from my time here as they have listened and been there through the process. Im just glad im finally being listened to and given the support I need to manage everything.

Then they weren't giving me two of my medicines for A disease. I was recently diagnosed with. They changed the contract in the middle of my 30 days for all the residents. Without coming to us and letting us know beforehand. What was offered in the program that got us to pick this place were taken away without any warning. They changed our schedules, We weren't offered any kind of therapy meditation that we had had the first two weeks. The CEO Clayton was a complete asshole to residents he is totally on a power trip he disregarded all of us like we were lesser than. They accept all dogs as service dogs so we had them pissing on the floor barking being aggressive towards other dogs. They were not service dogs. Thank goodness for a couple emotional support dogs that were older or being trained because they helped so many through this mess. I would never recommend this place to anyone. However, the therapist I had were absolutely top-notch and some of the best staff and nurses who truly cared about us were there. If we hadn't made such an incredible community ourself we couldn't of made it through the program. But if you made any waves challenge them anyway they found a way to kick you out. they threatened people that wanted to leave early that their insurance wouldn't pay for it, which is not true. So you have to advocate for everything because they will lie just so they can get your money. The horses are no longer there. They are not capable of taking people with excessive mental illness, even though they advertise that.

Brenda is caring and kind, brings both practical and deep insights into my relationships, emotional background and decisions, and I trust her completely.
