I thought it would be colorful and vibrant. The colors were very dull. It made the shirts look old and faded. Not only were the colors reduced but the resolution of my design was also reduced. The images turned out blurry. Very disappointed. I ordered Gildan soft dri-blend shirts, I received regular white shirts (the thicker and harder texture). Customer service is poor. I emailed the company last Christmas to see if they would honour the expired voucher, and they said they would! So far so good. I didn't find the t-shirt design interface very user friendly; I was able to do some text but not images. I ran out of patience so decided against a graphic and the voucher limited my options anyway. I emailed back and forth with Raheel and he was very helpful and professional. When I tried to reply to his emails though they always bounced back to me and I had to use their on-line form to correspond, that was a bit frustrating. My order was finalised on Jan. 20, 2014 and the shirts arrived Feb. 6, 2014 (17 days). The t-shirts are high quality Gildan brand cotton, I have yet to wash them so I don't know how durable the printing is, but we will see. Two custom shirts for $22 including shipping was a good deal. Their regular on-line prices seem decent, so I might actually try them for a few more shirts.

Most of the order/price arrangement was taken care of quite efficiently over the email and there was little hassle thanks to Joanna organizing everything. One advantage is that they email you mockups of what you order before you pickup, so you can review any mistakes or change your mind after a second look! The former happened to me, and even though the mix-up delayed the pickup date, I at least had more or less exactly what I was looking for, and got a bit of a discount thanks to the delay as well! Overall, very nice and accommodating staff, and probably the best value for customization in Toronto! Call ahead for hours, they close roughly between 5-6, but there is often someone in after-hours.

Not only do they do t-shirts, but you can also get baby clothing. Fantastic stuff can be put on the front or back of those. Though my buddy thought it was hilarious, his wife still won't let me come over since I gave their newborn a one-piece with the words "They Shake Me" on the front. Pick your tee, grab your iron-on, and then get ready for you mom to ask whether she wants to know what a "Cleveland Steamer" is and why it's on the front of your shirt. Hours of amusement.
