I've probably been shopping here for three years now and have always liked the fact that they're just around the corner from my office. This place is stocked full at all times from the sounds of it. I order a lot of things at the last second and have never had to wait more than hour till my order is ready for pick up. Prices are decent and you get a discount if you join their "club". I won't lie, I don't know much about the club itself but I do know that it saves me money. Their staff are always helpful and honest in their recommendations which means a lot to me. I think that's how you grow a business. Lying to customers just to sell crappy merchandise means you might make one good sale but being honest and helpful brings people back in the shop.

I contacted customer service, and it was resolved after two days. Then, they charged the $15 return fee, but REFUSE to refund the sales taxes of $50 that they collected at the time of purchase. I contacted customer service again. Five days later, they said the taxes were forwarded to my local "customs authorities" and ask me to claim them back myself. It's only been 2 weeks since I placed the order and return the product. I don't believe the taxes are forwarded to any Canadian authorities at this time. They didn't provide any detailed information on which authority they forwarded the taxes to, and when the taxes collected from me were forwarded. If the product is still in its "returnable period", any taxes collected should NOT be forwarded to any other parties. Why would you give out the taxes knowing the product could be returned? This return cost me $65 for nothing but a very frustrating and disappointing experience! My friend recommend them to me, but I'm very disappointed! Well known for their leather jackets and more fitted skinny wear, it does bring the style over the Atlantic. The store in Yorkdale is quite similar to the ones you find in UK. The one I visited in Leeds had half the space but the darkness and industrial loft vibe is the same. With men's wear on one side and women's wear on the other, you can easily look around to see if any particular cloth interest you. Most of the time, AllSaints colour scheme is dark ... olives, grey, black, or brown. Occasionally you'll get the cream or maybe a navy. This time.. weirdest thing, they had Hawaiian shirts for the men's. Like I said, weird and unexpected. The women's line tend to have a touch more colour. With summer season, they did have a few cute summer dresses. Aside from a darker colour palette, the women's wear has an obvious trend. Nothing form fitting but it can be short! Their mini dresses or skirts can much shorter than you're used to! That being said they do have a bunch of items that are ok to bend over and not feel like you're gonna be the next meme. I do find their clothes to be very different compared to most North American brands. I highly suggest you try them on ... even the ones that look terrible on the rack. I ended up falling in love with one that looks like a potato sack ... turns out it has a gorgeous low cut drape in the front and it's short. Price wise... it's not cheap at all but I do find the materials very soft and the clothes well made. They may not have a lot of tailored edges or special styling, but I find their clothes stand up well to wash and wear. It is a bit trendy so they trend may die before the clothes do. They do sales as well... I think I saw a few nice pieces for 40%. So if you're not looking to spend $100 on a shirt, you could wait for the sale. Service here was pretty good ... they were greeting everyone and letting them know of the store wide sale. They were also proactive to help find a size and also help match up other items to what we tried to find. I maybe biased but I have fond memories shopping in London at AllSaints. I feel the Canadian stores have a very similar experience. Maybe I'm not edgy enough to wear all the street clothes but I'll check out the cute sundress next time I'm in Yorkdale.

One particular dress caught our eye; it was intricately detailed and in perfect condition. Though it seemed overly ornate on the rack, it surprisingly looked better when tried on. However, it was designed for someone extremely small, like a true size 0 or double 0 in regular wear. My friend, being petite, couldn't even zip it up. Some other dresses were backless and may need a lot of alterations and fixes to make it fit perfectly. The staff there was pleasant and when I ask when they officially will close, they aren't sure... but told me until the last dress is sold. Ultimately, we didn't make a purchase. However, there were some deals on jewellery, veils, and other accessories if you want to check it out.

Not knowing what to expect, I booked an appointment online and showed up with my family the day of the initial consultation. Once you sign in at the front, you are ushered to wait for your consultant. Once your consultant comes to get you, you discuss styles that perhaps you are looking for, price point, etc. The consultant will bring you to the grand room filled with many many wedding dresses where you can take a look and show her which ones you'd like to try. Based on the dress styles you choose, the consultant may suggest other dresses for you. I was able to try on about 6-7 dresses. The dress I said yes to was the very first dress I had tried on which was recommended by the consultant. However, I had wanted to try on the other ones as well. The changing rooms at Kleinfelds are large, with plenty of seating space for your party to chill in. The consultants will be with you in the change room helping you into the dress and making sure to are fitted into the dresses with clips. When you decide to show your party with whom you came with, you stand up on a platform while facing many mirrors. And when you do say yes to that dress, there's celebrations! What a magical experience - even if you don't find your dress at Kleinfelds, definitely an experience to try.

Approximately two weeks ago I placed an order for some items which, to this date had not been delivered. Absolutely not the fault of Dickson's BBQ Center. After several Communications with the delivery company both on my part and on Dickson's part, they personally made sure that not only did I get what I ordered but I got a little more because of the inconvenience caused, and the items are now in my possession. These guys are doing a tremendous job under extremely difficult circumstances and at the very least they deserve a glowing review. Their customer service really is second to none. Great job, all of you!

When I called to book the appointment, the lady that answered was helpful in explaining what is included and how they work with benefits. They aren't able to submit paperwork for Manulife. But then again, the next place also had concerns with Manulife. Cost for an eye exam here is $109. The other place I called in LV was $135. The difference being that the other place used a optical imaging camera. KWEC is more old school and actually looks at your eyes. If there is concern, the doctor would recommend going to get the imaging done. I chose this as I did have the imaging done years ago and didn't think it was necessary at this time. The lower price worked better due to the amount covered for my benefits. I was able to book my appointment rather quickly. (within 2 days) which was nice. The lady at the front gave me an iPad to enter in basic information. She was very helpful and asked if there were any frames that she could show me etc.. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and answered any questions that I did have. His equipment was very clean and he used alcohol wipes to clean off his machines before using them on me. However, I did feel a bit rushed (compared to other appointments I've been to in Waterloo). After the colour drop tests, I asked about the test that does make your vision blurry and was told that they did not book enough time for me to have this test done and that I could return another time to have this test done. Which I then confirmed that it was included in the exam cost that I did pay for. I didn't really want to return for this other test and was a bit surprised that when I booked the appointment, it was booked without enough time to perform the full test. Nor was I told that when I booked or when I had showed up. Hence my reason for not giving a good review on here. (It's more a 2.5*) He ended up doing the test, and I had to wait 15-20 minutes for the drops to set in, which he took in another client during this time. I wonder had I not asked the question, would I had been told to return for this other test or would that had been the end of my exam? I did notice that the lady who had her appt did get the blurry eye drop tests as she was still there when i was done.

Moreover, in the same space, they have also collaborated with Mack House, a self-service sneaker customization studio, as well as opened up a space called Goodies (coffee by Patco Café and snacks from Auntie's Supply). I stopped by Makeway on their grand opening day to check out their new store. The store is big, bright, and beautiful! The sneaker wall looks dope and you can see how they have thoughtfully curated many small businesses to show their products. I enjoyed looking at all the things I could purchase as well as the spaciousness of the store. Moreover, you are also able to purchase coffee and snacks from Goodies. Lots of Asian snacks from Auntie's Supply and coffee/beverages are by Patco Café. Along with coffee, there is also matcha and hojicha lattes as well (made to order or bottled)! Overall, great new space for women's streetwear and sneakers. Love that they have partnered with women owned local businesses as well! Do check it out if you are around the area!!
