The bud tender suggested I get their fresh canna which is little more expensive and was told it was a great product . So I grabbed a pack of grand daddy purp at 29% . I get home and try it and it tasted nasty so I decided to open up a few of them and see what was inside these pre rolls . All the pre rolls I opened up were just leaves of the plant packed in these cones . I called them and let them know and their reply was it's not our product . It's in your stores on your shelves and your bud tender suggested it saying it was awesome . It also says premium pre rolls on the package . Just really bad false advertising . Never again will I shop there and I suggest everyone else do the same . GLH all day !!!!

We have been going out of our way to try all or most of the many cannabis dispensaries in the Jackson area. Cherry is one of the newer ones, settled in a former bank, it boasts a drive thru window. And has some really rock bottom specials now and then, like '10 for $10' pre-rolls - made of an inferior blend but the convenience is sort of worth it: you get what you pay for. However, recently we bought Snow Caps in flower 3.5 oz. It was not cheap and was supposed to be infused with 50% THC. It tasted terrible (like vomit terrible) and DID NOT get us high. We called them back; they said yes, "it should have gotten you blasted." They offered to "do something about it" and for the manager to call us back. He/she did not, so when we went in the next day and explained that we had called the previous day, they were like, "We don't take product back, we don't know if you have laced it with something"!!!??? We were not asking to have them take it back to re-sell it - of course not, but just to make good on 100% customer satisfaction that they promise, and to replace it with other, better, less foul, more reliable product. They just said "sorry... you're SOL." That was the wrong answer, delivered with a very bad attitude. If we could give zero stars, we would. Take your weed business to Lettuce, or 420, or Lume, or Mood. These are all better shops. Cherry is the pits.
