I've ordered a cute little flowers arrangement for my daughter for Valentines Day. It was supposed to be in a cute pink basket and with a plush bunny in it. On their website they promised the same day delivery. They even had a timer at the top of their web page, showing how much time I have to place an order for it to be delivered the same day. Long story short, the bouquet arrived the next day - 2/15/22. Moreover it was entirely different bouquet. Regular one, in a glass vase. Apparently made from the flowers they simply had in stock at that time. Which ruins the whole purposed for my daughter. When talking to me about this problem, they started referring to some "disclaimer" allowing them to move the delivery date. I didn't see it. But even if it was there, it kinda tells you about the way these guys do business. Prominent "same day delivery" banner, big timer showing your time for same day delivery orders. But small and inconspicuous disclaimer that this all is not a guarantee. When I asked for the full refund they said that I cannot have the money and the bouquet. And that I need to return the bouquet! Terrible experience throughout. When I order an iPhone, they don't ship me a Samsung telling stories about how great this phone is and it's matching the value of my order... Even if it's better - it's NOT what I've ordered. read more
