When I called to complain about the service and price, I was not offered for someone to come out and look at work completed or asked about my concerns - which were labor costs (extremely high for amount of work performed-$500 for 1/2 hour on my property), charges for hauling & load of topsoil (only received about 1-2 wheel barrels full), charges for grass seed/straw (which was hardly any applied). For $770 I was expecting the topsoil to be tampered down, the grass seed applied correctly and the ground to be leveled out...NOT some ground thrown down with a little grass seed thrown on it. I will never use or recommend Doug's Lawn Care to anyone!!

We were without kitchen lights for 3 days bcs they failed on a Friday afternoon. Joe Radle is the best. This company will do everything in their power to get to the customer as quickly as possible and we don't need a second mortgage to pay the bill. It turns out 3 light switches to the kitchen were all affected and all 3 failed. Radle was able to fit me in the same day as I called, which is rare for any decent electrician, bcs they finished a job earlier then expected.
