I told him what I wanted to see happen; he came out and took measurements and gave me a quote. A quote that beat his competitors. He and his partner came out at the appointed time and worked diligently on my yard. I started out helping and directing and even got them to do a little extra. These fellas helped me so good on my yard. I am so proud of how lovely my yard is looking. My neighbors driving by stopped and asked them for a business card. My neighbor is one that researches and looks for a company that makes sure she is getting her money worth service. We had Neil come out to our home and he not only walked the premises but he also educated my husband and I. We were sold on his knowledge, expertise and seeing the commercial truck (taken care of and clean looking along with the lawn care equipment). This to me is important to see knowing that they make sure their vehicle and equipment has been mechanically maintained. Our lawn was neglected this year as our regular service crew never showed up!!! Even after calling many times for their help. Neil letting us this will take 2 years due to the service we had in place was not really treating the true issues. Neil called us to let us know where he was (time wise) in his travels to our residence. He was on time, introduced himself, spoke with us on what he was seeing and after he walked the land and took soil samples to be tested for future treatments recommended the first proper treatment to get our grass on a healthier track. Neil explained to us that our land will take 2 years due to the service we had in place was not really treating the true issues. I am looking forward to watch our 3 acre land of dead grass and overwhelming weeds be transformed into a beautiful lush weed free land once again. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done.
