However, the people working there didn't create a very comfortable ambiance for me because they were constantly talking to each other about other customers, and the worst part was that I understood everything. The pressure applied to my body varied well and was adjusted to my fitting without me ever having to say anything. Con: I checked in and picked the 90 min massage because because it stated on Yelp that they would give you a $10 discount from Yelp and they did not honor it. The pregnant lady at the front desk said it was already discounted so you cannot use the Yelp discount. I'm a pretty loyal costumer and come quite frequently. This disappointed me. I've been coming here for 4 yrs now and I travel pretty far to see my favorite, Leo, because he is the best. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed and he really gets the knots out. Everyone here knows me (and my friends) and they are all extremely sweet, especially the owner, Tony. Every room is clean and the chairs are comfortable. They even dim the lights and play classical music so you can really relax. Then comes the hot tea at the end of the massage. It's Heaven. They're open 7 days and pretty late, so they are convenient, but make an appt if you have a favorite, because they do get busy. read more

Do not book an appointment here. I called to book an appointment for two people, drove an hour to come here based on a recommendation. Upon arrival they said I didn't book an appointment here. Then they said you did book but we can't see you both. They said we booked one of your time slots. They didn't apologize just told us we can have one person go and the other would have to wait 30 more minutes. We booked at time due to being busy in the evening. They said we could wait and or leave. They never called to inform us they over booked. Had we known that we could have gone else where and tried this place another day. The only reason this place got one star is because It was clean. Mom and I decided to try the $15 foot soak/massage. I found it odd that right away they had us move from the comfy chairs to an ottoman in order to give us a back rub. They did our shoulders, neck and back while we sat in this uncomfortable position. It was not at all relaxing and was awkward. Next we moved back to the chairs, by the way, the plastic bags in the tub of hot water make it very slippery to stand and move, so be careful. Mom almost fell over! They started the foot massage and honestly, it felt as if I was paying $15 to have someone lotion my feet! There was no pressure applied whatsoever. So they finish up and we owed $30 for the two of us. I gave the lady $40, since they only take cash, but they never returned with the change. When I asked for it she said it was the tip... $5 for each. If the service and experience had been good I wouldn't have had a problem with that, but that was not the case. How do u get to decide how much I am going to tip you?? When I asked again a man came out and started yelling saying it was the tip and would not give me the change. I asked if the tip was automatically included in all services and he said yes. He was so loud and rude that we just decided to leave. So basically, they tipped themselves a third of the price for a bad job. I have good experience with their massage therapist before, however, the turnover is high, and all my previous therapists who i like had left. Last two times I have a guy name Tom who was rude and had bad attitude. When I asked him to to put more pressure on my foot, he just laughed and made me feel stupid. I saw that he did not put paper on my face rest, and asked him about it, he laughed again and said it was not necessary. After that time, I called for another appointment for a massage and specifically requested for "anyone other than Tom", I was given Tom again. So I asked the owner for the names of other workers, so I can try other guy by name (to eliminate the chance of getting Tom). He seems to be annoyed and not really wanted to give me the names. Then he told me his workers do not want to work on me by request by appointment. Unless I am a walk-in and cannot request who work on me. I pay to get a foot massage the way I want, not the way he want me to have, and if they are not going to listen to my request and not willing to work with me. I feel that they should be more professional, and honor the client's request. Or should listen to critic, evaluate and strive for improvement. read more

When most massage places charge over $70-$100+ for an hour. $10 is a small price to pay for people who do a really good job for a fraction of a normal massage. I just got the foot soak for $15.00 and it's actually not just a foot soak, they massage your head, neck, back, arms, feet and legs - for $15.00, that's amazing! The guy that massaged me was great, I made a couple faces a few times when he was tickling my feet and he always asked if I was ok. The tea is a little weird tasting at first but I liked it the more I drank it. I can't believe some people, of course they are gonna give you a face if you tip less than $5.00, come on, he just gave you practically a full body massage, geez. They shorted us on our time and just wanted to close up and leave. We got there at 9:26 and decided on the 70 minutes for $35 each. Well they owe us 15 minutes because they finished under one hour. I tried telling that to Cindy but she played stupid. Pointing to the book where the guy wrote down 9:25. Really i wasnt in your shop at 9:25 and the massage didnt start til 10 minutes later. We were dressed and at the door at 10:35. Really...... after taking our time to drink the tea too! We tipped $10 each but they would have gotten $15 each if they had actually worked the extra 15 minutes which we paid for. My friend got Cindy and I got Peter. They were both good but too bad that they didn't understand how they screwed themselves big time. I enjoyed the private rooms, I enjoyed the cleanliness, I enjoyed the massage..... soooo I would have been a repeat customer!! Not like a normal regular kind of customer. But the special kind that comes so often a few times a week sometimes twice in the same day, the kind that brings along friends so often that you stay open late just for me. If you want to pay 15 with a 2 dollar tip they're gona look at you with scorn and damn you with their bad joojoo, I would do the same if mashed on someones fat feet for an hour and got 2 measely dollars. It is not a "spa treatment" but if you have some knots to work out and want to take an hour for yourself it is perfect. I go all the time. Hands down my favorite place! They recently remolded (feels like over night) and the new place is amazing! They moved into the space next door and instead of the giant room with chairs it is individual rooms with about 2-3 massage beds! The lighting is so soft and the music changed from, what felt like, funeral home piano, to actual spa-like music. The regular A. massage (Foot Massage) did raise price form 15/per hour to 20/per hour, but sooooo worth it! With the new ambiance and they added new techniques! I had become very aware of the routine in massage, and was perfectly happy with it, and now they added more! for $20 you get 20 minutes of scalp/face front shoulder, arm and hand massage while soaking, then 20 minutes of the foot massage, then they added a 20 minute full body massage as you are face down in the new beds. It is so incredible and such a relaxing experience. I had channeled myself to ignore the others when it was a big room, now having a private room makes it so comfortable. Make sure though that if it is more than just you that you call ahead to make sure you can reserve space for you and your party. I did that before and they always remember and are accommodating. And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tip these people more than the $5 they ask for. They deserve at least $10 if not more. They work so hard and always do such a good job. I always want to give them more by buying the more expensive massages so they know I am not "using" their cheap prices, but I have to say that the cheapest one is sooooo good. I never feel like I want anything more from it. It is so thorough and they listen if you need it to be light or hard. I cannot believe $20 gets you what you would pay over $100 elsewhere.
