They have led me to give my life to Christ and to see Him in the most wonderful and difficult times in my life. These people have offered me correction when I need it and have supported me in love, prayer, and Christ-centered giving. This church allows a person who has traumatized my daughter to volunteer. When my wife dropped my daughter off for the event, other volunteers hide the person who previously victimized our daughter. This volunteer had full knowledge of the previous events and took steps to ensure the perpetrator could have contact with our daughter. The results of my daughter seeing this person, and even be talked to by this person, was a complete mental health breakdown. The breakdown was so severe that my daughter was transported by ambulance to the hospital. Even the doctor at the hospital reported that had our daughter not seen her previous victimizer she would not have had this breakdown. When church staff were informed about this they failed to take responsibility. If you want your kids to remain safe, please consider finding a different church.

Right when we walked through the doors of VFC it felt like we were walking into an old friends home. The staff was welcoming and even offered us free espresso that any parent of a 1 and 2 year old will gladly accept.
