I never had cream cheese spread on the outside of a bagel before, but as it wasn't sliced open, this was the easiest way to go. It was a little messy eating it that way, especially with so many sesame seeds falling off with each bite, but the texture and taste were very good. The marketing about the dough and water coming from New York seemed true, as that traditional chewiness and light sweet wooden water pipe flavor were present. The market was not well stocked, except for the wall of refrigeration cases for drinks, and the video games in the front corner. No tables for eating in. Best to check before you go to be sure the bagels you want are in stock and not in transit from the Big Apple, so you are not disappointed on arrival. 3 Bagel Stars based on low inventory. County Farms is a family owned convenience store, which has changed hands and friendly families,…read moreseveral times. This store is in walking distance for me, which makes it even more convenient. It is not a chain, it is a one of a kind store. They have a good selection of fresh dairy products, breads, lunch meats, cheese and snacks. What I really love about them being nearby is their stock of pantry supplies, cat food and over the counter medicine cabinet needs. They do carry some toiletries. I rarely shop here, but they are here when I need them, seven days a week. They have an ATM, with a surcharge, cigarettes, cigars and they sell the lottery, both instants and the weekly games. They brew fresh coffee, have all the newspapers, girlie magazines ( under wrap ) and serve soft pretzels. They carry several varieties of ice creams, one of which is Hershey's and I do love their ice cream. I especially love them when I am baking and run out of something that I need for the recipe. This to me is priceless. So, when I run low and don't feel like running out or I need to get my lottery, they are convenient.

The other day, I got stuck in a traffic backup because of 3 bank robbers and I was diverted from going down State Road 320 to taking Wynnewood, is it? I remember taking that as an alternative when I lived in the area and coming out around Narberth, and crossing somewhere, ending up in Havertown. Well, not that day, and I ended up wasting a lot of fuel mostly sitting. In any case, on my way out of town, this station was there, and since I don't know the quality of Lukoil (all fuel has minimal stanards, but I don't need surprises for any of 600 miles.) I know Sunoco, good or bad. The pump worked fine from card to fill to receipt. I didn't have an A+ card, so no rewards (oh, that's where the AM/PM went, to A+) so it just took my bank card. It even returned it to me. The one thing that was bad was that there was diesel fuel all over the pump. I didn't see any paper towels, but maybe I missed them. It seemed just to be pumps only back there but there were plenty of them. They weren't terribly high on price but that's because they're all kind of high on price, don't you think?

Every time I have been in this location, its been very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The people who make the sandwiches make them filled with ingredients and meat and they are usually packed. When it comes to the sandwiches, they are always fresh and taste so good. They serve hoagies, cheese steaks, breakfast sandwiches, soups and salads and also sell things like ice cream, milk and iced tea which to me are the best tasting iced teas. Other than the food, they have gas and an air pump if need be.
