Perfectly cooked meat had to be a 1/2+lb before cooking, its almost 1" thick and falling out of a standard potatoe burger roll. Covered by about 3 full pieces of quality thick bacon which with the amount of cheeese would have been a great sammy all by itself without the beef. Topped with a good dab of bbq so there isn't a giant dripping mess all over your fingers as you scarf this down while driving away.
