Horrible customer service. There is never an attendant around to answer questions or solve…read moreproblems. The pumps NEVER have paper to print out receipts. Three days ago, when I stopped by to get gas, I scanned BJ's card and selected regular, but I noticed that the pump was charging me for premium gas. I tried to get the attendant(in his glass room) to help solve the problem or at least explain what was going on. He stared at me several times and then just turned his face away. I stopped pumping and went over to him to ask why I was being charged for premium instead of what I selected, and why there was no paper in the pump (as usual). He was extremely rude and adversarial, yelling from inside his booth that I should file a complaint with management. When I asked him--again--why the pumps NEVER have paper, he told me to look up the management's number and speak to them myself. He even refused to give me his name. I will not be giving them any more business. Even though the price is a bit lower, the operation and customer service are horrible.

This seems to be my go to gas station when I'm running just a wee bit later than normal and have to…read morehead towards Peninsula Blvd to catch the Southern State and bypass the Meadowbrook and the traffic that builds up when you connect to the Southern State over there. The prices are always decent and comparable to other gas stations in the area and definitely cheaper than in the boroughs. The only thing is that this gas station is difficult to maneuver to get in and out because of the angle that it's on since it's literally on the right side of a cross section that seriously curves around to the right.

I was nicely surprised to find out the restrooms are in pretty good conditions and seemingly the generator is doing a great job. The store is well stocked with drinks, beverages and snacks. In that are you might come across to some question characters asking for money directly or trying to sell you whatever they have for sale. However, inside the store, there are big security camera screens and I am feeling save inside.

It's not because a hustler is asking to pump your fuel for money, it's because the attendant pumps the fuel. My service today was topping off my car with gas and I received .03 cents off by using my shell rewards. One can also use Stop and Shop redeemable points to get a lower price on fuel. There is a miniature convenience store located on the premises, which offers a vacuuming for your car, trashcan for cleaning your car. In the miniature store there's cigs; New Port, Marlboro, etc... Oil for your car, antifreeze, and snacks. I did not see windshield washer fluid which is what I were looking to purchase.

The prices here are most times a…read morelittle lower than other locations.. they have long hoses that will reach the other side of the car if that is where you tank is location. Not usually a long wait... Remember you need your physical BJ's card to get the discount... and if you purchase items at BJ's with the gas tank sign, you save a little more. BJ's Mastercard holders will save a little more... Have a little patience when waiting and yes, in NY, you have to pump your own gas...
