My review is based solely on stopping in to pick up some cold bottled water and snacks. I was on the road for work - and was staying at a nearby hotel - wanting to save some bucks on the high prices that hotels charge for bottled water and snacks - I stopped in here to grab a few things. As a business owner myself for decades and I've never charged a surcharge for credit cards and in some states that's illegal to do I won't be patronizing your business anymore for charging $.50 for any credit card transaction under $10 I'll never stop at your store again. So that little $.50 just cost you more in the long run by turning customers off like that or you might wanna check and see if that is legal to do because in some states it is illegal to charge a surcharge for credit card transactions that's part of being in business read more

Pumps too close together so if a car in front or back is parked too far back you won't reach the pump. There's also a poorly placed flower pot right in front of the pump so you have to park far away enough that you won't slam your door into the pot read more

The guy is a major jerk. It was Christmas Day and my 4 yr old had to use the bathroom. Was very rude and inconsiderate and told us we couldn't use it.. thanks a lot guy. read more

Went to fill up this morning. Pump was extremely slow, about a gallon a minute. I went inside to tell the attendant pump 3 was very slow. The lady attendant barked "there's nothing I can do while the pump is being used, It probably has to be reset" I replied ok you might want to tell somebody to get it fixed. Her next bark was " well then shut off the pump and go somewhere else, and don't come back". I agreed with her and did exactly that. It's funny seeing the sign John 3:16 on the front of the building. I can't imagine they're referring to the bible because they act more like they're friends with the devil. This place would be a good candidate for an exorcism. read more

I would rather run out of gas than stop here again. I should have known better when there were paper signs on the pumps offering 5 cents off if you paid in cash. Tax evasion anyone? The credit card reader at the pump was not functional on any of the pumps. I had to go inside to a line of cash and credit card customers waiting for one cashier to check us out. And if you gave them too much cash for the amount of gas you pumped. That's right... back inside you go. I don't think there's a more inconvenient gas station and convenience store anywhere. Avoid at all costs!! read more

Worst cold drink selection, gas 15 cents higher per gallon than places a couple miles down the road and no public restroom make this my least favorite gas station in the Cleveland area. They do have quotes from the Bible that float across the lit signs by the road which get me motivated to go into work in the morning. read more

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Ridiculous, no public bathroom. Stopped here off of the highway while traveling to get gas and use the restroom. A very rude employee refused eye contact and walked right past me after I asked for the restroom. Pretty sure every gas station I have ever bought gas from in my adult life has had a public restroom available for their customers. read more

They only have 93 and they have the price at $3.89. The signs says they have registered at $2.69. If they aren't going to have the other types of gas they need to take down the sign. This place is by my work and I will never come back. read more

It's bad enough to be paying the prices that we are for gas. However my recent visit to this service station on 27 February 2014 has prompted me to comment. Gas prices are average at this station and commensurate with those in the surrounding area. But once you step inside you are faced with paying some of the highest pricess for ammenities in the area. Windshield washer fluid - $3.50 a gallon. 25oz Naty Ice - $1.97. These are just a few items that are way overpriced and are gouging customers who patron this station. There are other options and I encourage folks to explore them. read more

very rude guy at counter. I was taking my son to school and stopped to buy gas and use restroom,ha! no public restrooms for paying customers. I asked the guy and he said " we are gas station" in broken English. he was Arabic or something, but very much an asshole! I took my money elsewhere. read more

If you have a large fill, they cut off at 100.00 then make you go back in to run thecard, then come back in for a receipt. I've driven an rv around the country and 99% of the stations don't make you do this. It's a waste of time and inconvenient to customers. I'd recommend another station with better owners. read more
