Circle K on Indiantown Road in Jupiter, FL…read more I stopped at this Circle K today after driving out of my way from my hotel toward the beach. It was a little rainy, so I decided to stop for gas and grab a coffee. I had a nice experience there before and recognized the employee from my last visit. She had a southern accent and seemed so kind, which is why I was especially surprised by what happened today. I purchased gas and a coffee, spending almost $75 on gas alone. Before I even had a chance to drink the coffee, it spilled all over me. I immediately went back inside, showed her what happened, and politely asked if she could please replace looks good make it so I can copy and paste the cup of coffee. I was shocked when she repeatedly refused and said she couldn't do it. I explained that I had just purchased gas there and that the coffee had literally just spilled, but she still would not help at first. What should have been a simple, understanding customer service plus I just bought $75 of gas and a $3 cup of coffee just under $100 moment turned into an unnecessary and upsetting experience. I was honestly so disappointed that I almost cried. It wasn't about the price of the coffee -- it was about feeling like there was no kindness or compassion shown. The interaction felt very different from the friendly impression I had of her before, and it was very upsetting. A small gesture would have made a big difference. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to remind employees that kindness and customer service matter.

Aside from multiple pumps having out of order bags over them, I went to the tire air machine and…read morefilled up two tires with air, no problem. Third one, the machine deflated it. I tried again with new payment and it wouldn't blow any air at all but I heard the compressor on. So I went inside and asked the clerk if there was something wrong with it and she said "yeah, I've had customers say it deflates tires if you don't do it right". I didn't tell her what happened, but she just told me what is KNOWN to happen. So I had her come outside and she called the manager who said they didn't witness it happen there so they couldn't say if it was my tire or their machine. So she came and put a sign in the machine and gave me $3 of the $12 I spent showing her that it was not working, and attempting to fill it. I ended up having to call an elderly family member to bring a portable air compressor to fill it up. All their EV charging stations were taped off. And this is the newest gas station in town. Sad to see it's this poorly kept up.
