But they've been in business a very long time, while others have come and gone. No one stays in business for as long as they have by screwing people over. When I first met the sales owners and creditors of prime I was looking into a Nissan van very nice but when I went to turn it on there was a ticking sound that I didn't hear. I wanted this van, but the salesman had told me that he's was sorry he couldn't sell me the van in good conscience with that sound. I didn't know these people from atom at that point I had the radio blasting and really didn't even know how to shop for cars , at the time. So no if they feel theirs something not really right or even if you find something they want to make sure it's not rolling out of there just to roll back in, they want your business I know they have mine. My daughter will get her first car there I will be back for a 4th & 5th. Don't just put negative remarks because things didn't go your way and you couldn't get your vehicle for practically free, it's not right to slander someone because your acting like a little princess. By the way they will take your lower "reasonable" cash offer. But, do understand they are a business, and they're not just going to hand you a car. I…read morefound a couple cars that looked nice and drove okay but when I had a mechanic look underneath everything was practically glued together with sealant; these things could be repaired but when we offered a lower price in light of this they wouldn't budge. I was paying cash too. They are banking on poor; unsuspecting people that will finance at their 22% rate and pay full price out of desperation. No warranty on vehicles either and try to tell you Car Fax is not accurate because they don't want you running one on the vehicles.

They were not busy at all when we stopped by mid week. Neither in the store nor at the pumps. We came because we needed to top off the tank plus they were charging 15 cents less than all the other gas stations in the area. It's not in the best area and some times there are folks hanging around outside, but we didn't have any problems.

I usually buy my used tires here for my work Truck and yard trailers, although they carry a full line of new tires in most sizes. They also do full automotive services and the farher , who is semi retired, still does full engine work ,by appointment, at very competitive prices with all work guaranteed. I highly recommend these folks, they are honest,hard working and fair. I will be visiting then soon again to have my tires switched from my pickup to my van. Their phone is not always listed, because they use a cell phone now,it's 561-253-5750 but 561-848-5465 is the old shop number , and it still works if someone is behind the desk.

From the financial team straight down to the salesmen, these imbeciles don't know a car handle from a gas cap. The first time I traded in a car with them, they told me they were going to pay my car off upon trade-in, but they never did and it ended up hitting my credit as a non payment. Now, I decided to give them a second chance and trade into more of my cars for two new ones. They have been bothering me nonstop for the last seven days to deal with a bunch of employment verification paperwork, and everything on my and have them done completely by idiots can't seem to figure anything out on their own. So not only are they calling my job, they are blowing up my cell phone and texting me to do things that have already been done. And now the next thing I worry about is they may not pay off my two other cars and that might hit my credit again. If you want to put yourself in car, and be comfortable.. Don't ever come here. They're not looking out for the customer ever, only themselves.
