I went inside for the first time today to make a tobacco purchase and the cashier I had directed me to the coupon girl by the door so I could get a discount. After I retrieved a coupon and returned to the cashier, she was having an issue using the coupon. The manager, Jason, came out from the back to open another register, and when the cashier attempted to ask him for help, he interrupted her by aggressively telling the customers behind me to come to his register (they didn't hear him the first time, so I guess that was enough cause to be a dick). He then attended to the cashier's inquiry and instead of simply helping her, he began to berate her for not knowing how to factor in the coupon and for also using a calculator. He added, "It's just like the fifteen coupons you did yesterday. Same thing." I was very tempted to tell him that making her feel stupid in front of customers only made him look like a pompous asshole, but I decided to avoid getting in an argument with someone so small-minded who had already shown his lack of care toward customers. I kind of regret not ripping him to shreds because that poor girl who probably hates her job enough without dealing with such a prick could have probably benefitted from someone standing up for her. If I see him acting that way again upon my next visit, I will most probably not hold my tongue and let him have it.

It's not exactly right off the highway coming in or out of Cleveland from Buffalo but it's well worth the detour because it really is that damn good. For example, I was charged for a $50 hoodie one time during a purchase that should've been like a six dollars-and they don't even sell hoodies there! Also - if you are buying beer - pay very close attention. If you're buying a 12 pack, it will charge you for 24 pack, etc. No fault of the employees, they did not set up this automatic System they have going on.
