I have never seen staff stand around doing nothing, and chatting with their buddies. When you get their attention when you're ready to check out they have such a shity attitude. They act like I'm bothering them, and they don't want to work. I have been late to work a few times since they would make me wait while at the cash register ready to check out. When I would say something they'd snap at me. The two managers there are the worst. The male is a fat guy with a really small head, and no neck is disrespectful. He looks oddly shaped. The female who has glasses, blond hair, and is fat is very nasty. This last visit I want off on both of these managers for how I've been treated all other times. When I finally had enough I decided to walk out. Before walking out all the items I had I took and slammed onto the floor causing a huge mess so they had to clean it up. I know I was right, but that was the last straw. Honestly people need to stop going to this shell. It needs to be shut down so they have to get new jobs. It's not exactly right off the highway coming in or out of Cleveland from Buffalo but it's well worth the detour because it really is that damn good. And this gas is usually extremely cheap compared to the stuff alongside the highway and the stuff in East Cleveland and especially to stuff in Pennsylvania and New York State.

I definitely love the employees - hence me giving a three star review. I would give a one star…read morereview because those automatic machines are not correct and you have to be very very careful when making purchases. For example, I was charged for a $50 hoodie one time during a purchase that should've been like a six dollars-and they don't even sell hoodies there! Also - if you are buying beer - pay very close attention. If you're buying a 12 pack, it will charge you for 24 pack, etc. No fault of the employees, they did not set up this automatic System they have going on. I typically pay attention to my purchases, but a lot of times I'm in such a hurry and I'm just in and out, makes me wonder how much money has been unfairly taken for me because I wasn't playing close enough attention.. Just a warning for everyone, be careful and make sure, especially if you are at the automated machines, that what you are purchasing is actually what you are purchasing.
