They cooked the pizza to perfection, as it was well done and had a bit of crisp, but still soft and tasty. It wasn't over-oily and it tasted really good. Jarel was behind the counter moving at a snails pace complaining…read morethe whole time about how he "hates this job" and had not even started our order when I asked. and when we asked for a refund he asked us if we ordered in store and then said he never saw our orders to which he then left again and saw that we put them in an hour ago and gave us a refund after offering no apology or explanation but he loved to offer complaints instead talking about the paper work he was going to have to do later. when one of the sandwiches couldn't be refunded he stood there offering no solutions or apologies until I had to step in and offer to just put it on my card. I felt bad for his coworker up front who had to deal with his temper tantrums. If he hates his job that much he feels the need to complain all night then maybe he shouldn't be a manager.
