En effet, de septembre à mai, Le Caraïbe est un bar de nuit avec soirées karaoké du jeudi au dimanche, piste de danse et DJ résident qui mixe tous les soirs. D'avril à septembre, le bar devient un restaurant-glacier, idéal pour une "pause fraîcheur" en terrasse, après une journée de bronzage.
