Most of the staff are really…read morefriendly and helpful, but there are a few who should be told to smile and at least pretend to act friendly. I like that Forward has a reward system now, even though it's pretty rudimentary. This is a small store and it's often quite busy and crowded. A lot of the popular items are often sold out for up to a week at a time. Forward could totally make money on expanding this location. I'd personally love to see more mini-mart type food items for sale here. Overall, it's got decent gas station level prices on most things except milk, which is at minimum a dollar more than anywhere else here. Gas prices are OK here, too. I'm still going to be a daily customer, but I'd love to see improvements.

I like to get my gas and go....no walking into a crowded gas station and waiting in line to pay…read more There usually isn't anyone else around, so I don't have to strike up a conversation- but on that same note, I can turn my music up in the car so I can hear it while I'm pumping gas. I can sing and dance with the window squeegee and no one is the wiser! Occasionally a business truck may pull up, and then I just put on my "business face", and exchange polite smiles- but when they leave- I start dancing again! Don't judge. You know you do this too! The gas is cheaper here, it's convenient, quiet and quick. Who cares if the pumps are ancient... They get my car juiced up again and back on the road. Pacific Pride is my friend!

No snacks or attendants on duty - and its always pump your own. That's what we signed up for, so that what we get. The local UPS Drivers also use this station as its across the street from their home base. Despite the pumps not being very modern, and the stray cats ('really') that roam nearby, Pacific Pride isn't meant to be glamorous. Well done! Now if only I knew what I was paying for all this gas!

Walk down toward the guy and he is continuing to BS with his last customer for a bit longer before we were finally helped. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced !! I was an assistant manager of a grocery store and would have fired all 3 of them.
