They always want to either go shopping or work on a project. Usually if Lowe's doesn't have what we're looking for, we'll check Home Depot since it's right across the street and 85% exactly the same. Over the summer we came by to browse through their plant selection. We started at Lowe's and after not finding what we wanted, stumbled over here. While they also didn't have what we were looking for, the staff was nice and everyone was wearing masks. It is always organized and put together. While things aren't the easiest to find, an employee (if you can find one) can usually track it down rather well. Honestly, I can't believe this place hasn't gotten a Yelp review since 2015 but I suppose today is the day. If you're headed to this Home Depot, you'll get what you expect.

I only tend to visit Zanesville anymore to see my parents and my mom loves to come check out their indoor plant section and outdoor furniture. I've visited with my dad too for all sorts of odds and ends. If you're in Zanesville and need a trip to the hardware store, I'd definitely recommend coming here over Home Depot.

He was very helpful, loaded one on a cart, He went after other items I needed, took everything to the register and called for another loader to help him load it in my vehicle. Everyone was very polite and respectful, and went out of their way to explain things, including the cashier. I definitely recommend this store.

These employees are very rude, very unprofessional, and this store needs employees that want to work, answer questions, and not make the customers feel like we are bothering them.
