Excellent service. Dealt with replacing the glass in an aluminum clad Marvin window. Technician was on time and worked efficiently.

Ordered glass for the home, had installers come to the house to measure and quote only to have the glass not fit, the color not be right and the timing be months longer than quoted. Worse still than the inconvenience was having to continually follow up, fight with the office over the quality and color issues and generally leave unhappy with the results. Horrible experience this morning. We just purchased a truck a week ago that needed a new windshield for inspection. No dent, except a small one on the back bumper. I left Sunrise Glass this morning on my way to get the truck inspected, and decided that I should probably take a closer look at their work before inspection. THE PERSON THAT INSTALLED MY WINDSHIELD LEFT A LARGE DENT ON THE HOOD OF MY TRUCK!!! The owner of Sunrise Glass said he was going to look at the tape (without me, which would allow him enough time to alter the tape.) and he came out to say he did not see anything wrong. When I got upset and told him the dent was NOT there before, he threatened to call the police. The windshield installer couldn't even look at me in the face. We waited for the police. After the police reviewed the tape, he said that he couldn't find any time when the hood was touched, only a papertowel roll. MY TRUCK WENT IN FOR A NEW WINDSHIELD AND CAME OUT WITH DENT!! It will be an inexpensive dent to repair, but the degree of DISHONESTY that I experienced this morning has prompted me to write this review to warn others. Very poor service. After canceling our services with another company to try to build back our confidence in Sunrise Glass, they failed immensely! Not showing up at the time discussed, or at all for that matter! Then canceling my appointment after moving things around so they could come. A simple phone call regarding the fact they wouldn't be on time or even close would have been nice. The owners are not very well trained in any business manor. Unfortunately. Maryanne and her husband both lack communication and professional skills. I will not be returning after a horrible botched window job and a failed windshield replacement. Stay clear of this place! read more
