The whole situation was "blah". The realtor is KAREN BROSSEAU. I had to contact her multiple times…read morebefore she responded to my request for a rental property. She said she would send an application and never did. I had to contact her multiple times again and she told me" I have lots of properties and I get lots of messages a day". I received no apology. After I finally got the application and submitted it, I had to follow-up with her, more than once again, for an update. She told me the property was rented out to someone else and she never ran a background check for me. She had my application for 5 days. She refunded my application fee and didn't even offer to help with any other properties . At the time of this posting , the property is still listed as available. That leads me to believe that she didn't want to rent to me for whatever reason. (I can think of one obvious one). Oh yeah, I asked her for a tour during the process and instead, she said she would send me a video of the property the next time she was there. I guess I wasn't important enough for an actual tour. Throughout the entire process I felt as if I was bothering her. She wasn't happy to help. She wasn't friendly. I had to run her down for the application. She didn't want to provide the application and when she did, she didn't process my application. It is against the law to falsely deny that housing is available for rent. I will be filing a complaint.
