Your warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Whenever there is an issue with your system, you will get a notification that tells you there's an issue, but doesn't tell you what the issue is, that requires a technicians visits which is $180 I recently had a panel that is under performing, which, after a technicians visit deemed to be a manufacturers defect. So my kick ass warranty should cover this right? Wrong! The manufacturer will replace the panel, but I'll have to pay for shipping, which is approximately as much as a brand new panel would cost. Also, I have to pay for a technician to install the replacement panel. So when the sales person sells you peace of mind that the warranty will cover you - don't believe a word of it. I have long recommended solar panels to my friends. I have also long recommended not going near this chop shop enterprise. They are Temu version of what a solar company should be. Project management is a joke. See my earlier review for that debacle. Product support is an even bigger joke. I wish I could give zero stars.

They randomly showed up one day and installed the solar panels on the roof but left the wires dangling on the side of the house. When asked when they would finish installation, I was told the electricians make their own schedules - that was almost a month ago. They submitted the loan paperwork and I am beginning to receive bills that I feel should not be paid until the system is fully installed. A report to the BBB has gone unanswered. I have begun filing complaints with State and Federal organizations. The next step will be finding an attorney.

My advice to all is to make sure that 1. Your company does an onsite inspection. 2. You make sure that your company has experience with the hardware and software that you have. A customer never wants to hear, "I've never seen this before" Even though my panels are only 7 years old everything has, apparently changed, and this company was unfamiliar with many aspects of this job. Something that was scheduled to take 5 days, took 3 months, an insurance claim, was thousands over budget and STILL does not work as it did before (does not communicate with enphase)

I opened the ring video to see who it was only to see this gentleman from the company taking a very close look at a package that had just been delivered. He looked at it for a little bit and then rang the door bell. When I didn't answer, he left a flier and card, and then proceeded to analyze the package further. This man does not live here and it clearly is not his package. This is incredibly rude and extremely unprofessional. Thankfully he did not steal the package. This is not an appropriate way to treat your potential customers.
