Strangely, they don't offer malt vinegar, a must for me a fish and chips. The rest of the menu has a slight Irish styling including bangers, but also includes burgers. All sauces are gluten-free and many of the items, including the fish and chips, are offered gluten-free. A great new option for the Chester area, I'll definitely be back.
