He proceeded to tell me that they were already there. When I convinced him that it was not, he said, "it's probably from another jacket, did you think your my only customer? Ive used his pick up and delivery service off and on for almost half a year. The past two times…read morehave been a complete nightmare. First, he lost a bathing suit bottom that cost me $40. Offered no compensation. Just an apology that it wouldn't happen again. I sucked it up and used him again as he's the only service in the area that does pick up and delivery. This time was a huge difference. He admitted to bleaching my sheets. Blaming his "new girl". Then I opened my blankets. They stunk. He proceeded to tell me I'm supposed to open the bags to let them air dry meanwhile ive used his service before and never needed to do this. He then admitted again new girls mistake. I requested reimbursement for the sheets that were bleached. He said no only a discount for future. I then noticed a bunch of stains on my very expensive limited edition skims shorts. He proceeded to tell me I need to take better care of my clothes. I gave him that item barely even dirty. I wore it for one second and will even show the court i recently purchased it. Its obviously a fabric softener stain. I dont give him fabric softener or bleach for my clothing. It looks like someone ran in over with a truck. As seen in attached photos, you can see the child that is running this business. I'm now taking him to small claims court because he doesnt want to offer any reimbursement for his mistakes and even laughed at me and told me I'm not his son or brother which was completely irreveleant and decides to laugj at me. Very immature. This kid is about 25 years old and has no idea how to run a business, let alone speak to customers. His own workers told me hes a partier that doesn't wake up until 12pm everyday. Doesn't know how to run a company and will ruin your clothes. Even if you do the wash yourself, they do not rinse the machines prior to your next wash and your clothes can be ruined with bleach and he wants no responsibility even though admits fault through text and his policy on his receipt ensures reimbursement. Stay away from this laundromat. The child is immature and will never help you with any mistakes his business makes. Screenshots to show immaturity and pictures to show damage he did to my clothing. Sheets cost $119. Shorts were $54. Stay away from this laundromat unless you want your clothes lost, ruined and smelly and offered a discount for future use.

I'm sure I did not count wrong. Sometimes, the dryers have a secret pathway that will swallow up your quarters. Over the pass year, dryers are now only 6 minutes per quarter, how little. I separate my laundry into two loads for it to dry faster, job got done though. They're very 'strict' on time. Last wash is 5pm and they rush you out by 6pm but their business hours says they close at 7pm. Not cool with businesses that does not comply with their business hours. Your clothes will be taken out when it's done because it's such a small, packed laundromat but the folding and waiting area is not that comfortable, you'll have to wait to fold your clothes or wait for a seat especially harder when everyone's cart is in the way. One person path by the entrance, it gets crowded.

Either way, I only went here out of convenience (live around corner), but never again...I'd rather walk an extra block or 2 and give my business to decent people where the machines work and owners have respect for their customers. It's best to come at odd hrs of the night if you want to get your laundry done and avoid the crowd. Just be careful because it is a desolate area. So if you drive, you're fine. Dryers are a quarter for 8 mins of dry time w/ 3 lvls of heat. There is a vending machine for soda, snacks, and a lil arcade game where you can grab a plush toy for your kiddo. Masks are required here and social distancing stickers are on the floor to remind us to SD. If you need a bathroom, ask for the key. But you must be a patron.

I drop off my clothes there and they deliver clean clothes back to our place. They put clothes into clear garbage bags with which they line our laundry bags. You can probably get laundry bags from them - we already had ours from the previous place which was near our previous apartment. They never lost or ruined any of our clothes. I have asked them to occasionally cold wash and not dry some of the delicates and they did just that. I have dry cleaned here too - they are very upfront if they won't be able to get stains out but they have done a good job. So really - these folks are fine.
