Wrong: it was happy hour, which meant cocktails and a 'snack' menu consisting mostly of hamburgers and sausages. Sausages, or so the menu claimed. What it turned out to be was a boiled flavorless hot dog split and covered with a cheese-like substance, accompanied by what appeared to be potato chips cut into miniature, fry-like spears.
