Now, 2 years later, after paying in full, before the deadline for a tour titled "Afro Future 2025", I am learning she is fraudulently misleading people by not actually including the full Afro Future Festival. She is pocketing the money SHE is saving by not attending the full festival, and is claiming she did not misrepresent the tour. This is the only tour I have found that uses "Afro Future Festival" in the name that does not include the full festival. Her earliest emails (when I committed to the tour) mentioned the following (from May 8th 2025): NOTE: Please note that the dates for AfroFuture are subject to change. We will notify you of any updates as soon as they are confirmed. The note made me comfortable booking the tour before dates were released as it made it seem the tour would work around the dates so we would be guaranteed to attend. On sept, 4th she sent an email including the following: AfroFuture Festival (Accra) For anyone interested in attending the AfroFuture Festival, this annual event in Accra celebrates African and diasporic culture through music, art, and fashion. I will be requesting VIP tickets for those who confirm interest. Please note: ticket pricing has not yet been released--I will share details as soon as they are available. Learn more here: AfroFuture Festival Then, in October I come to find out her tour is only attending 1 of the 2 days of the festival, she has chosen a cheaper city to visit on the 2nd day, and is now asking for an additional $995 (not including the cost of the festival) to accommodate attendance (after several back and forth emails explaining how misleading her landing spot vs. advertisement is). She says that her itinerary has been finalized since last year, and none of this is misleading. This woman is not trustworthy and has completely misled me and the rest of the tour group. Work with her AT YOUR OWN RISK. He communication is not professional and now she has stooped to the level of fraud to pocket additional money. BEWARE.

He looked at my mom and said, "Do you want to try this one on?" Before my mom could answer, I quickly jumped in and said, "No, her feet are a little too big for those." The guy paused, kind of surprised, and then gave a little laugh. We ended up not getting anything, and as we were leaving the store, the same guy called out to my mom and said, "Good luck with your sassy daughter!" I just smiled and kept walking. I picked up two pairs of Chucks and Gabriella offered her opinion on color and I ended up purchasing one navy blue and the color Gabriella chose which is a greyish color. The journey at journeys was a successful one thanks to Gabriella and her information on my shoe purchase.
