Place is a rip off. I had 10 bags of recyclables and the guy paid me peanuts. To top it off he was late. I normally make the trip to McCoys in Rancho but I thought I would give this place a try. There's something wrong with this recycling station last! Saturday when I went to sell plastic glass and aluminum cans, the young man collecting waste actually underreported the weight and and used the method of not providing a complete receipt to secretly reduce the number of glass plastic baskets in other to pay less! I At that time I Only Noticed that one basket of glass was missing. I promptly discovered it and found him, he made up for it with a receipt. Not long after I found the amount of the money was incorrect , I carefully checked the receipt and discovered that at least two baskets of plastic were missing.Moreover a full basket of flattened aluminum cans was about the same weight as the half basket of aluminum cans one weighing over 7 pounds the other over pounds.The next day when I went to point out that the weights of the two baskets of aluminum cans were obviously incorrect! He refused to admit it!!! At that time ,someone was selling the uncompressed aluminum cans and uncompressed plastic,I took a look at the receipt details of the person and found their weight was almost the same as the uncompressed aluminum cans and plastic I sold last Saturday!!!I immediately pointed out this matter to the young man who collected waste! but he stammered and was vague! What's even more infuriating is that his attitude is not prope either. read more

The person helping was friendly but the pay the lowest bottom of the barrel prices for cans. It's legal and not a scam as that's what California asks to pay at the lowest. They pay 1.62 a pound go somewhere like bvr in Fontana they pay 2.10 ! It makes a huge difference. read more

This place has to be the biggest rip off! Had over 10 bags of recycling and he tells me all I get is $37. How is that possible? And majority of it was cans. Will never be back and going to file a complaint for investigation. read more

They open at 9am but the guy in charge of paying is always running late and people get stuck waiting. Sometimes over a hour.

The associate was absolutely rude and down right misleading. First of and foremost who takes your recycling and then says I dont have money to pay but has already taken my 6 bags of cans and bottles to the back area. Then tries to say come back tomorrow. As if.... To top that part of, a smart (you know what indeed) when while being told we have to wait until tomorrow, makes an asinine comment "Don't try to go into Costco and cash it". He didn't think we heard it but we did indeed. Then when he got checked on his smart Aleck remark, My wife, argued and then the guy goes running to his car and within him and his coworker they scrounge up the money to give us. The worst part is you tell me where 1 entire bag of SMASHED down aluminum and 5 bags of smashed down 2 liter bottles in 40 gallon trash bags only gets you $20! No way!!! Unfortunately mistake was we noticed too late and we had to accept the screw job. And they put down glass bottles and we didn't have not ONE bottle of glass at all. The people working here are so rude. We came to recycle and this young girl working there rudely told us that she was going to lunch and we have to wait. We told her no problem that we will wait. The entire time, she kept running her mouth and just being rude. I had to leave because they aren't doing me a favor that i have to put up with that attitude. read more

Mike the attendant was very rude and hiding in the corner for over 5minutes while I waited for someone to help. Didn't want to to his job and separate the glass from cans that accidentally got mixed up. I ended up separating it myself since he refused. Started staring at me aggressively and asked him not to do that and responded very rudely. I asked him for his name so I can report him and he responded the management don't care and won't do anything. I hope this reaches them because of the way the situation escalated it could have gotten a lot worse. He's a ticking time bomb and I'm sure this isn't the first time he's done that by the way he acted and interacted with me. Took me to a full parking lot at Costco, wasted gas to come over here now gotta drive all the way back empty handed

We had 6 of their plastic baskets full of plastic bottles and 1 half full of smashed cans and it totaled 21 bucks. Was 60 bucks 4 months ago so either recycling is now a waste of time or they rip you off. Either way we are not going to waste our time and just throw the stuff out from now on. read more

I'm only giving 2 stars because the 1st experience with the young gentlemen was a great experience, the second experience with the older latina lady and her 2 kids was a horrible experience. She tried to keep my bottles and gave me a lower price for the glass bottles than she was supposed to. SHE IS A THIEF if all recycle centers take Simply juice bottles and she's tried to keep 15 of my bottles so she can cash them in later, she said oh they don't have CA CRV, so I let her know I had no problem cashing them in last time I was here and every other time at this place and other recycling centers... She tried to pull a fast one, she steals from each customer so she can cash in their cans for herself later. Update: Definitely didn't go on a rant as I stated the 1st time bringing in bottles/cans/glass bottles to YOUR LOCATION they accepted everything, this time I came in the woman was trying to keep 15 bottles for herself instead of handing them back to me or asking what I want to do with them she scooted the trash bin back, so I took it back and told her I would keep them, I have never had any problems cashing in Simply bottles at your location or at any other location so it's hilarious that she tried to pull a fast one and you are trying to cover it up read more

My grandma and I brought a lot of recycling to this place and was worth $70 but we received only $35. My grandma worked hard for those bottles and to receive that much money is humiliating. if you're thinking about going here, go to McCoy Recycling instead. McCoy will give you the right amount for your recycles. another red flag about this place is that it doesn't show how much each recycle was worth. they didn't go over a receipt and just handed us the money. do not go to this place. read more

I like this recycling center because it's the closest to my house but it is only worth going when the guy is working there! I recommend people to stay away from recycling here anytime you see the girl working!!! She is very rude and she is a thief because she steals weight off of the baskets. Went there with my mom and wrote down the weight of the basket and the total weight of material, when after doing the math our total should of matched the receipt but every weight on the receipt was a pound to 5# short on every basket and when we tried to show her, she gave an attitude and ACT like she didn't want to hear it. read more

Will not go back, shorted me both times I used them. Very disappointing. First time was asked to sign reciept for 15.9# I questioned the weight of the mesh bag because the scale read 25#'s, finally got paid for 22#'s. Just took another 20+ #'s and was told it was only 17#'s could not dispute as they dumped my bags before seeing the reciept. read more

The person in charge is named Goku, yes like Dragon Ball... They keep their area and surrounding as clean as it possibly can be for a recycle center. They will guide you through with suggestions for the best possible value for the load that you bring in. read more

So disappointed.. make sure if you Go here you show up at least 30 before close... we got there 10 minutes before closing time and was turned away because "they were already shut down" smh... it's ridiculous.. if the store has a closing time that should be the time they actually close... now we have to haul all these bottles back home.. very disappointing read more

After turning in my recycles, I was asked to sign the ticket. Then, I was given a receipt of what I was to receive, signed by the worker with a phone number. He said I have to come back the next day for my money. I have never had this happen before at a recycling center. It's very inconvenient, and I wish I had been told before my cans and bottles were already processed. I came back and edited my review because when I returned today for my money, I was not given the exact amount. Seventy cents may not seem a big deal, but it is what I was owed...and I had to drive out a second day on top of that just to get my money. This is very disappointing. When asked, I was told there wasn't any change. This seems poor planning. If this happens to multiple people each day, it adds up. read more

Don't go here. Just got back, they shorted me $3.85. I brought 1 full mesh bag of plastic bottles and a half a mesh bag of cans and they gave me $4. Seeing the reviews beforehand, I counted my stuff. Don't trust this place, they will rip you off. read more

This was the place I would go to every time for recycling because I would receive a good value of money for the amount I would turn in. Every time I have a certain amount of bags of bottles and cans I go and every time I would get at least $90. My most recent visit, I had the same amount as every other time , but this time the total came out to $60. The same amount as every other time but was cut $30 even if it's not exactly that amount it was still a substantial amount. Not coming anymore , going to find another place. read more

Staff was extremely helpful, was in and out of there fast. Their prices are good and competitive, highly recommend.

They always say they're out of change and ask if that's ok. They always round down to the nearest dollar even if they owe you more than 50 cents.? If it happened once I'd be ok with it but they do it every time. I now bring change with me. You should see the look on their face. read more

Guy is always late and then when he does show up takes his sweet time opening up doesnt care who is there waiting!
