I'm trying to go tan while I have a babysitter and it says open. the door is unlocked but there's only 1 last here and she's doing hair and "can't unlock the tanning beds" this isn't the only time this has happen. she needs to get rid of her beds if she's gonna focus on hair and nails. or have separate open hours for the tanning beds or hire someone to be here. after this experience I would NEVER recommend her again. and over 6 years I have talked quite a few people into coming here. She just tried to use one of her visits and was refused because her visits "expired". We were never told her visits would expire. Upon our first visit two blonde girls were running the register and one of them was sobbing/crying off and on and very distracted. The bed they put my daughter in was not working and she kept having to come back out (after getting redressed multiple times) to try to get the bed to turn on. The staff there are mostly rude and very unprofessional teenagers. They do not allow you to bring in your own tanning lotion even if it is for tanning beds. And they do not inform you that your visits expire until it is too late. We never even received a phone call to this effect either. We won't be going back to this tanning bad and will never recommend it to anyone either. Go somewhere else where you might pay a little more but you will be treated like a customer should be treated and you will get what you pay for -- because you won't get what you paid for at this tanning salon.

They have a lot of lotion options from top names all the way to cheaper brands and a lot of times they run 20 -30% off specials. Their hours work with almost any schedule. I especially like how late they are open. The staff always asks me how my day is/was. They also have a business card promotion table. I admire that they allow other businesses to promote themselves in their store. Parking can be a bit of an issue because they share an already small parking lot with other businesses and during peak hours (about 4-7p m-f) it can get pretty crowded so there may be a wait on the bed you want. The staff has always told me how long the wait will be and offered a different bed with less of a wait time whenever I am in a rush.
