No one immediately greated me. When the mai tech finally did, I showed him what I needed repaired (two SNS nails), he immediately said we can't match that color (he was still sitting). I'm thinking to myself: How do you know you don't have the color you haven't even look? Maybe he was intimidated by the fact that I wanted SNS, and I wanted two different colors. One nail I needed repaired was yellow and the other was green. After persisiting to look at the colors, the malenail tech finally gave me the color book, and I chose two color. 2. At this point, I had waited for about 25 minutes, and finally a female tech approached and asked to see my nails and wanted to know who did them. I told her I didn't live in the area, and I got them done in Atlanta. She spoke some jibber jabber in her language and walked off. At this point, I didn't know if someone was goining to assist me or not. So I asked...."Is something going to repair the nails or not. Nobody ever said anything or came back to the counter to assist. Therefore, I just said, "That's OK", and I walked out. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I presently live in a major city (ATLANTA), and I am used to people treating customers with more respect when spending their money at a business. I say to the patrons in Milledgeville, if you patronize this business, it makes them believe that the customer service they provide is good, and it is not. Multiple people came and went including one walk in without an appointment. After sitting for 35 minutes with NO interaction with the staff, three of whom were chatting at the nail bar I got up and walked out. Multiple employees watched me walk out with not so much as we will be right with you or sorry we forgot you were there. Apparently business is so good that losing one customer is no major deal, though you have now lost two as my wife was planning on booking one herself after she saw your magnificent facility. My daughter who is handicapped has always gotten her nails done here and we were going to this place for her quince nails. A quinceanera is a big deal to our culture. The man told us he couldn't do her nails because of the way her hands are positioned. He even made an expression with his arms MOCKING my daughter. This was so rude. His voice and his actions made me so angry we left and went to a salon in Madison, Ga. To where they did her quinceanera nails incredibly. I recommend the salons in madison!
