Nobody expects initial promo prices to last forever, but once our "regular" rate was established two months after move in, they then upped the price TWICE in one year: an increase from $150 to well over $300. Do a quick review of the Google one-star reviews for others who will warn you about this same thing--this company has predatory practices of rate increases that are outside of routine fee increases in the industry. I plan to post on the WWU chat boards about this scam to warn others, and I'll make formal complaints about StorQuest Bellingam to the Washington State AG's office and the Better Business Bureau about their unfair and deceptive business practices. This would make a great consumer news story to help people steer clear of this facility.

So after 20 years of working with this facility we are not ending it because of The manager Kelly. He is aggressive and volatile. Sticks his nose into other people's business and then accuses the people that he's accosting, with both verbal and threats of violence then stating that were the bad guys because we would not accept his threats and or his verbal abuse. When Diane was there we had no issues whatsoever we had a good working relationship. But with this gentleman we've already had three altercations with this guy to where he has verbally accosted and threatened us and our business. I wouldn't recommend this guy if he was the last person in the storage business.
