The Somfy Roller Shades are really nice when you can get them to work. The previous owner did not have the remote control, so we had no way to raise or lower the roller shades. We found it to be very difficult to work with Somfy customer service over the phone to set up the Tahoma app, so we were planning on removing the shades all together. We attended a local St. George, Utah Home Show where I found the solution to our Somfy roller shades problem. We found the local BLOOMIN' BLINDS booth at the home show and we met Chase Jensen, owner. Chase came to our home and resolved the problem with the roller blinds. He got us a stand-alone remote control and installed the Tahoma app on both of our smart phones. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bloomin' Blinds and the excellent customer service provided by Chase Jensen.
