Not what I wanted, but I dealt. The few other times I've been in the service is always really standoffish. Barely being acknowledged, being snapped at for ordering from the "wrong end" of the counter (no other customers, so I just approached where a staff member was), etc. The coffees are ok. As far as the big chains, they're always my least preferred. But that aside even, the service here is nearly always quite bad.

Shirellas suffers a bit by being slightly out of the way of the main working/shopping part of the town centre area, sometimes cafe's that aren't very busy can be strangely unappealing but I wholly recommend you try breakfast or lunch here.
