BIG MISTAKE! Got it back in terrible condition; lapel looked like it was it was scorched with an iron along with other places and the suit that was worn for the first time is now looking like it's been worn for over a decade! I left immediately after paying the overpriced fee for a suit that was ruined and left without the thought of saying anything; why would I? There's nothing that they could offer to compensate for a crappy service.

Eventually she wrote me a hand receipt, and told me they wouldn't be ready for a week, and charged me an outrageous price. My husband went back on the day they were supposed to be ready, and she told him the hand receipt wasn't a "valid receipt" and said she never wrote it. After finally convincing her that she did indeed write that receipt, she tried to charge him again even though the receipt, that SHE wrote, said paid. Then she had to call for more instructions on how to find them. When she finally found them she informed him that they had been there ready for five days already. THEN, I tried them on. The hemming job itself is bad enough, it's embarrassing, and they are no where CLOSE to the length I requested. Please save yourself a headache and robbery by taking your business else where. I know I will. What a joke.

I sent some new Brooks Brothers pants off to have cuffs removed and carefully explained I needed the extra length, so after removal just fold down and hem. First time they came back with cuffs still in, dropped them back off, they came back removed but shorter, finally third time (which was around a month total time) they were repaired correctly.

This was by far the worst job experience I've ever had. I worked here every single day from 7:30am…read moreto 5pm making only $8/hour, and even then my paychecks were regularly three days late. If I arrived early, I wasn't allowed to clock in until 8, and if I stayed past 5, I had to clock out at 5 anyway--so the extra time I worked meant nothing. When I finally called off one day because of a family emergency, my boss screamed at me, cursed at me, and even threatened me instead of showing any basic respect. He told me to "stay put" while he came to snatch the work keys and throw my check at me. That's how this business treats its employees--no compassion, no professionalism, and no respect. If you value fair treatment and timely pay, stay far away from this place.
