I trusted the Google reviews for this business several months ago and fully regret ever stepping foot into Royal Cleaners. I was in need of one alteration to my wedding dress and brought another dress in for cleaning as well. It was February and my wedding was 3 months away. I tried the wedding dress on, was pinned for the alteration and told to come back in 30 days, which was also printed out on my cleaner's slip. I returned a month + a few extra days later, only for the them to tell me that they forgot to make the alteration and clean the dress. I was understandably upset that nothing had been done in an entire month and they never reached out to me saying they needed more time because they forgot to do it. The part that hurt the most was that they NEVER apologized or tried to remedy the situation in any way. The woman at the counter embarrassed me and attempted to downplay the situation by saying the date promised had only passed by a few days and I was overreacting. There were about 3 other people picking up their items and witnessing the exchange. She blew it off like it was nothing. My wedding was in May which is wedding and prom season so after this, I struggled to find another place that had the time to fix my dress. Had I not wasted the entire month thinking they were working on my dress, I could have easily found another place to do it, and luckily I did find another cleaner who felt sympathy for what they put me through and took care of it, just in time for my wedding. They caused me tons of stress during a time that is already very stressful and I left beyond angry and in TEARS!

The finished product of her tailoring is also amazing, Maggie, spends hours working on all projects she takes on, and she always double checks each item so that her clients when they try the clothes on before they have to wear them are in awe of her ability. I must also add that when you bring in your Dry Cleaning" and pay in full, you will receive a 10% discount! They are courteous, professional, friendly and efficient. The store is kept clean and most machines functional. You have the option of dropping off your laundry and having it done for you, which is quite convenient if you can afford it. I go there to have my comforters done, which is only about $22 for a queen size comforter. Which is very reasonable comparatively. I highly recommend Ye Old Washaus! 100%

Today, like usual, i just have 1 bag of clothes and washed already. When i put it in the dryer, the employees came and asked me to use 2 machines ( which actually no needed) . She said the clothes not gonna dry. Why i have to spend double money when i can just spend it on 1 machine? And the clothes is not that much. I can even carry it and walking around. So for $20-$30 he lost a customer who was spending $500-$600/year since last 4 years. I just don't understand how can someone run a business like this.
