The woman said she would refund my money but when I went in 2 days later, the woman and a man both refused to refund my money. I want to let people know that this dry cleaners is the worst. Not only did they not clean my clothes, they admitted they didn't and still charged me, and then refused to refund my money. I am reporting them to the BBB. So for $20-$30 he lost a customer who was spending $500-$600/year since last 4 years. I just don't understand how can someone run a business like this.

Years ago we realized that bridesmaids dresses for an out of town wedding were not pressed. 5 hours later they were pressed and properly packaged for transporting.
